Agile methodologies emerged with the main objective of solving numerous problems faced by institutions. In the case of product or software development companies, problems such as:
Indefinite delivery times;
Lack of communication between project stakeholders;
Lack of clarity about the purpose or objective of projects.
They made the development processes difficult to implement and with that many resources wasted or unusable by the workgroups.
In this sense, agile methodologies have been playing a very important role in the management process of activities in institutions, they help to improve the process of interaction between work teams and clients of the projects to be developed.
In this presentation, contents related to Scrum methodology will be addressed, it will also be analyzed how this methodology increases productivity and brings gains in the process of control, management and obtaining good results.
